Please note orders may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched due to printing & framing instructions. If you require something to be expedited faster, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Customs

Please note customs charges may be levied depending on destination. The recipient will be in charge of any duties that need to be paid.

Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges (not including sale items/ items on offer) within 14 days of receiving your order . You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact the MADLOAF ART Team at info@madloafart.com to discuss receive further instructions. Please note, customers will be required to pay return shipping costs. Once returns have been processed, funds will be issued within 2-7 working days.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

-Discounted items/items on a promo or offfer- are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

-Returned items must be returned in original packaging

-Returned items must have no visible signs of damage or wear.
